2018 marks the 33 St. Charles Annual Scarecrow Fest in St. Charles, where participants can create their own scarecrows to compete for prizes, or to simply vote for their favorites among 100 handmade and mechanical scarecrows on display. Admission for Scarecrow Fest is free, and includes access to an arts and crafts show, live music, carnival rides, shopping booths, and delicious gourmet cuisine from local eateries like La Huerta, The Finery & Blacksmith Bar, and Francesca’s Restaurants. There will also be plenty of local acts and live entertainment on three stages: Q’s Main Stage in the Meijer Zone, Arcada Theatre Stage, and Old St. Charles Stage.
